Return Policy

Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days for store credit. To be eligible, items must be unworn with tags attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. 

If an error was made on your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.  Contact us to make it right via phone (850) 893-2743 or email pinkpineapple850@gmail.com, we want you to be happy with your Pink Pineapple purchase!

Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free Shipping on orders over $100 shipping within the US

$6.98 flat rate shipping for orders under $100

$12.50 VIP Shipping- Move me to the front of the line is available

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays delivery time is typically an additional 2 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder.  Please note, once an order is placed, it can not be canceled. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3122 Mahan Drive Suite 401 Tallahassee, FL.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually the same business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am - 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 12-5 on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping, rates will vary depending on item weights as well as the destination country. A shipping estimate is calculated at checkout, we will reach out via email if there is additional information needed. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@thepinkpineapple850.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
