At The Pink Pineapple 850, our goal is for you to feel confident and excited about every purchase. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay!
We’re happy to accept returns for store credit within 30 days of your purchase, we do not offer refunds to your original method of payment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed and payment has been processed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they’ve been submitted. Please review your cart carefully before checkout to ensure everything is correct.
Returns Made Easy with Redo
We’ve partnered with Redo to make returns simple and stress-free:

Opt-In for Redo at Checkout: When you select Redo during checkout, your return shipping label is included. This allows you to return any eligible item(s) in your order for store credit — absolutely FREE.

If You Skip Redo: You can still return eligible items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
