🌸 Return Policy
At The Pink Pineapple 850 Boutique, our goal is for you to feel confident and excited about every purchase! We understand that sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned, and we're happy to help you find something you'll love.
Before checking out, please ensure that the items in your cart and your order total are correct. We cannot remove items, cancel orders, or apply discounts or other forms of payment after the checkout process is completed.
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery or pickup to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Store Credit Returns
We gladly accept eligible returns for store credit within the following timeframes:
• Online Orders: Return requests must be submitted and postmarked within 15 days of delivery.
• In-Store Purchases & Local Pickup Orders: Items must be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds to your original form of payment.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return, all items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or any other signs of wear
• In their original packaging
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in new, re-sellable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for return.
If an ineligible item is returned, no store credit will be issued. By submitting a return, you acknowledge that rejected items may be disposed of or returned to you at your expense if requested within 72 hours of rejection, and additional shipping charges may apply if you wish to have the item(s) shipped back.
Packaging Your Return
To ensure your return arrives safely and remains eligible for processing:
• All returned items must be packaged securely inside an outer shipping box or mailer.
• Product packaging, retail packaging, and manufacturer boxes are considered part of the item and must not be used as the shipping container.
• Shoe boxes must be returned inside another box or mailer to prevent damage during transit. Please do not place shipping labels directly on shoe boxes or tape shoe boxes shut.
• Items that are damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging may be deemed ineligible for return if they are no longer in new, re-sellable condition upon arrival.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
• Intimates, bralettes, and undergarments
• All seasonal and holiday attire
• Items purchased from our SALE tab
• Any discounted or markdown items
• Squishies and sensory toys
• All Oh My Mahjong items
• All branded Mahjong tile sets and mats
Any final sale items returned to us will not qualify for store credit and may be disposed of or returned to the customer at their expense.
Order Cancellations
Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process so we can get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we are unable to cancel, modify, combine, or adjust orders after they have been submitted.

Returns Made Easy with Redo
We've partnered with Redo to make returns simple and stress-free!
If you purchase Redo at checkout:
• Your return shipping label is included.
• Eligible returns for store credit can be shipped back at no additional cost.
If you choose not to purchase Redo:
• You may still return eligible items.
• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Processing
Once your return or exchange request is accepted and a return label is issued to you, the return must be dropped off within 7 days. Return labels expire 7 days after creation and cannot be reissued.
Once your return arrives at our boutique, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
After your return has been approved, you will receive an email containing your store credit or an email showing your exchange has been processed.
We strongly recommend keeping your return tracking number until your return has been fully processed. The Pink Pineapple 850 Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
Return Policy Enforcement
The Pink Pineapple 850 Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
This policy supersedes any previous or printed versions of our return policy.
