Shipping
In stock orders ship out within 1-3 business days depending on order volumes. During peak holiday shipping windows, our shipping can take longer. VIP Shipping orders will be moved to the front of the fulfillment line. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150, and a flat rate of only $8.98 for orders under $150. Orders containing Oh My Mahjong items may take longer to ship due to the overwhelming amount of orders from our mahjong category.
P.O. Boxes: Orders that must be shipped in larger boxes will be shipped through UPS, who does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If an order is placed with a P.O. box as the delivery address, you will be contacted by our team to get a physical street address for delivery. If you have no other delivery address and your order must ship UPS, you may be responsible for additional charges.
Delivery Area Surcharges: In the event that your shipping address falls within a UPS Delivery Area Surcharge zone, you may be contacted to either provide an alternative shipping address or to cover the additional surcharge fee. We are happy to continue covering the cost of your standard shipping label; however, any UPS-imposed surcharges will be the responsibility of the customer if an alternate address is not provided.
PREORDERS: If you are placing an order for an item on preorder, your entire order will ship together once the preorder is in. So if you don't want to wait for your in-stock items, you must place them in a separate order.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, delivery time is typically an additional 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Spam/Promotions folder.
Please note, once an order is placed, it can not be canceled.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3122 Mahan Drive Suite 401 Tallahassee, FL. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually the same or next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am - 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 12-5 on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping, rates will vary depending on item weights as well as the destination country. A shipping estimate is calculated at checkout, we will reach out via email if there is additional information needed.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@thepinkpineapple850.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
