VIP Shipping orders are moved to the front of our fulfillment queue. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150 and flat-rate shipping of $8.98 on orders under $150.
Preorders: If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Returns: Eligible online orders may be returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. In-store and local pickup purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging, and in new, re-sellable condition. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Sale, markdown, seasonal, holiday, intimate, squishies/sensory toys, and Mahjong items are all FINAL SALE.
