Preorders: If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Returns: Eligible online orders may be returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. In-store and local pickup purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging, and in new, re-sellable condition. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Sale, markdown, seasonal, holiday, intimate, and squishies/sensory toys are all FINAL SALE.
