Shipping: WE ARE EXPERIENCING AN UNUSUALLY HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS In-stock orders typically ship within 4-7 business days, though fulfillment times may be longer during sales, holidays, and periods of high order volume.
VIP Shipping orders are moved to the front of our fulfillment queue.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150 and flat-rate shipping of $9.98 on orders under $150.
Preorders: If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Returns: Eligible online orders may be returned for store credit within 15 days of delivery. In-store and local pickup purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging, and in new, re-sellable condition. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Sale, markdown, seasonal, holiday, intimate, and squishies/sensory toys are all FINAL SALE.
