Shipping: In stock orders ship out within 1-2 business days depending on order volumes. Mahjong items take longer due to volume. VIP Shipping orders will be moved to the front of the line. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150, and a flat rate of only $8.98 for orders under $150.
PREORDERS: If you are placing an order for an item on preorder, your entire order will ship together once the preorder is in. So if you don't want to wait for your in stock items, you must place them in a separate order.
Returns: Most items can be returned within 30 days for store credit if they are unworn and in the same condition they were purchased in, with tags still attached. SALE, HOLIDAY, INTIMATES and MAHJONG items are FINAL SALE.
